Isolation is the second element necessary to ensure optimum protection; a strong robust transit case will only protect its contents when both are combined.

Our technical design expertise with cushioning calculations enables de-acceleration during impact to be controlled and absorbed, minimising the opportunity of damaged equipment. Foam grades and density levels are carefully selected to meet specific needs from a vast range of closed cell Plaztazote Foam.

Plaztazote is manufactured by a chemical free nitrogen process and being virtually inert is safe to use within a raft of industries Medical, Military, Aerospace, Commercial Electronics, and even Museums for protecting valuable works of art.

For presentation and product enhancement foam is available in a wide range of colours and colour configurations. Also flame retardant, anti-static dissipative and conductive grades.

Production capabilities generally involve CNC routing ensuring a consistent finish. We can also undertake hand formed fabrications, moulding and punching/stamping.
